Description
After my S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-esque hijinks the other day, I got the artistic motivation to do a little concept sketching for that Quarian-Slavic tanker idea I have.

The left and center sketches are for the female Quarian character, "Xuzzi". At one point in the story, I'm thinking one of the Slavic tank crewmen jokingly gifts her a loose piece of Slavic headgear they had. Originally I was thinking of a Soviet tanker helmet, but then I also got thinking about a beret; since berets are relatively common headgear throughout Slavic nations (just look at glorious kebab remover, after all!) and as far as Mass Effect has shown, they're also still readily used by Earth armies.

The right sketch is of the male Quarian character, "Kaeg". While I didn't directly intend it, he has more of a Metro-2033 look to him. He is going to have a reinforced visor, similar to Tali's "From Ashes" armor, only in this case it features an eye slit similar to K6-3 helmets. He also has a headlamp strapped over his head.

Besides that, for both of them I'm planning to make their enviro-suits' cloth elements have patterns similar to those among Slavic cultures, such as khokhloma or Ukrainian knitted folk art. I couldn't draw that though since it's far out of my range of skill.

Besides that, I also did a few odd doodles of other Pan-Slavic related things, such as the custom Swastika motifs in the corner, the Soviet icons towards the center, the Matroska doll decorated like a Quarian, or the loose pieces of (cringy) Russian, Polish, Slovak, and Khelish dialect.
