I have to go to orientation again this morning and my brain freaks with my mental body clock so I can't sleep and wake up at ungodly hours...1:30am pretty much sat there with my eyes closed until I couldn't take it anymore.

I think you have to be 16 or 18 to have one, plus a checking account/debut card. If you can get those set, you can send money. I hope that helps.
