It may be a little too patriotic for you, but I think it'd be really cool if you somehow made blue stars all over in your hair. It'd be pretty epic.

I was thinking about trying it, buuut, I couldn't think of a way to make it wash out and still look like stars.

You could always cut a shape out of, say, stick-wrap paper. If you were careful, it would probably stay looking like a star while washing the dye out.
