wanted to make him look more like a chao (since he is supoused to be a mutated one), and to keep a more concistent body change, its kind of weird how phase 1 and 2 are giant arms and then out of nowhere they all reposition in the body for a fin and a tail and then they just go to the body and the legsRelated content

interesting way to keep the arm designs...
also, I know what Chao Chaos is mutated from: A Light Chaos Chao...
think about it, you need an equal amount of Hero/Dark in it... and Chaos has been portrayed as both friendly and evil... and it is immortal.
and to top it all off, the designs look nearly identical
