very good job on the eyes. I would say the lips look too filled with lines, like not enough blending of the lines, and the face could have a bit more contrast, but the eyes are striking!

Not to bore with technicalities, as it is a wonderful piece, but do you use multiple pencils or do you vary pressure on the lead? Smuggers?

It's a bit of both. I usually use HB, 6B and/or 8B. Although i prefer to use only one pencil and vary pressure.

That's me too, I like to adjust pressure to make the shades I want. I'm still hard pressed to know which leads are best for what. Though I know once you get proficient with them you can pull off some pretty impressive things. Anyway looks great.
