This is a great shot, let me get that out of the way first. It has a barrenness about it. The dying of the light is captured perfectly. Even the little cloud off to the right emphasizes the loneliness of the horizon...
I'm looking at this girl, what I can make out of her in shadow outlined in daubs of color from her skirt with that one hip protruding just enough to let you know her stomach is flat enough to roll a blunt on and I'm thinking.
"Here's the prostitute hanging out under the lamppost trying to hook up with a date."
Then there's that other lamppost clear across the empty world where the earth is blacker than the sky but there's no hooker at that post and with the horizon drifting off into...well, into the horizon...
