hey^^ an admin from get gud XD 
the drawing was pretty good so i may have to be picky bear with it XD (personal opinion)
1.I think you should be doing it on purpose but it would be better if you add in light spot in her eyes (she looks a bit blank)
2.Since the light is shinning straight at her, I think that the hair could be lighter in more area. like try to move the line between light and dark a bit higher
3.I would add in darker line or colour(shade) to indicate the folds and knot of the ribbon since I couldn't really tell where the knot was.
4. The shade could be darker in some places especially some places on the clothes (tutorial coming up after the contest)
5. lastly lollipop is my favourite food so add some light spot (white line) to make it shine more.
