I've been working on this one on and off for the last several years, absently picking at it whenever the mood strikes. I'm almost certain it's not done yet. But considering I don't know when it will be, I'm sharing it anyways.Despite how long I've been drawing it, this has only had a story for the past couple of months.
Of course it's managed to fit into my fantasy epic.
This is Blind Maeve, not quite a goddess, not merely a myth or legend; seeing her is considered an omen of change, and most tend to ward her name off, acting as if the change she brings is always bad (because people are stubborn and frightened and tend to cling to the negative).
She is also sometimes known as Black Maeve, when she is seen without the blindfold. That is when you really don't want to see her. Change is the least of your problems, then.

In some ways she's like the "Death" card in the Tarot; significant change. Not really a harbinger of death, but a significant part of the Circle has come around. You might want death after she's done with you...
