Um. I'm flattered, really, and that's pretty nice coloring. Also, thanks for notifying me.
However. That sketch is not stock. And you didn't bother to ask permission to use it, much less post it. I'm going to ask that you take it down, please.
If you had done a drawing based on the pose/form, or otherwise inspired by my sketch, I'd really have no problem. But you used my actual work, and didn't ask.
I'm not trying to be rude, or mean. I'm just particularly disapproving of people using work that doesn't belong to them without ever asking if it's alright. Consider this a life lesson in obtaining permission first, not seeing forgiveness later, maybe.

Oh.. I thought it might be okay if I just gave you credit for it, but I'll take it down then.. About the stock stuff.. I'm not sure how that all works sorry, I've asked other people's permission and forgot to ask you beforehand.

There's a specific section of dA for stock, and in there are a great many materials (from linework to photos to backgrounds and digital textures or brushes) that are for the use of anyone in creating their own work from those materials supplied. Each stock artist may have different rules about their works' use, but will most likely stipulate those in the artist's comments section of the deviation.
Permission is always key and definitely should be obtained before, not after, and unless the work you would like to use has been placed in the stock section or has been explicitly stated as available for public use, it's best to assume that you shouldn't use that work, at the very least without first asking if it's all right with the artist.
