Hi there!I tried to pick up my "concept" serie.
Here's a new one after six month.
A fantasy canyon scape which shows a civilisation in an unusual environment.
Entirely painted in Photoshop CS from scratch without references.
Comments and critiques are very welcome!

i love it. it somehow reminds me of elder scrolls morrowind. possibly because it has large buildings that you could imagine having many layers.

This is so sweet. I would die for an enhanced and enlargened version. I certainly hope you do make a huge detailed version. This looks like it could be fairly easy to do in 3d and then add detail in 2d.

The biuling concept is pretty kool, reminds me of a cactis so fits really well. Awesome work, yet again. Could you send me a link to where you get your texture brushes?

I don't even understand how you can do such beautiful works in Photoshop... I've tried. However, I know it's very nice for editing because that's where I do photomanipulations. (theres only very crappy ones on my Devart) However, it seems you've managed that pretty well.

Very well done! The buildings have an interesting shape. I also like the warm sunset colors on the ground, it gives very niceand peaceful feeling to the picture...
I also think that the sky might need some more purple-orange on the left side. Great concept again!

some critique though: maybe add some more little detailed sharpened buildings/objects in the scene? i think there's too many blurry parts and not enough sharpness n detail which i know you are very talented in

I like it. Original, almost shell like (oceanic)... got an idea about an ocean receding and leaving behind the shells of great krakens, of which the people created homes out of eons later... or something like that. That's the story I made up in my head for your picture.

The eye is captured by the lights in the canyon and the painting technique gives a deep sense of realism.

if i have to honest i liked ur previous style m8. thus one is nice bot for ex "X-Plane" "Concept: Irontown" "Environment: FJORD" " Environment: POST-APOCALYPSE" are breath-taking
