Hi there!Maybe I'm a bit early with that topic, but I think it's a good time to start with winter landscapes.
Based on the concept "Snowscape", I started with some photos of exteriors I found on the net.
Finally I painted everything together and turned it into a small moody village at dusk.
The rationality stopped me in painting some more timeconsuming details. I could have spent ages in painting all that stuff.
The original is at 4k resolution.
Surely too much space for small brushes ...

incredible pic by an extraordinary master. but i have one complaint, as a html background it is almost impossible because of the 100% white on the left. it 'overwhelmes'.

I'm actually astounded... this must have taken eons' worth of patience! The sky and the buildings and snow are completely believable - I can just barely distinguish it from a photograph. You didn't shirk a single detail, anywhere. Absolutely stunning.
