As you can see, he is almost like Akuma Homura, but different.

His star seed has changed ever since he put part of Flamzer's star seed into his.

The colors are mostly blue and specs of violet.

Note: The star seed is shown around his neck in this form while a Blue Moon Quartz is on his forehead. So, part of him is a gem because his new Glowing Moon Stick is always summoned by him as a weapon.
