A little early for a Christmas picture, but I was in the mood. Also, obligatory Jack and Sally! How do they even kiss, Jack doesn't have lips!? But, really, they are one of my favorite couples. After all, they are simply meant to be.
The first one is a sketch I did, then colored with minimal shading. The second, I was trying to make it feel dark and warm, like they are standing by a fireplace. How do you like my stripes? I totally cheated and just made a bunch with the line tool. Don't judge me. I also changed up their colors and outfits. I figure they probably go to Christmas parties (and maybe even visit other holidays), and so they dress up. Jack's suit is now green and red striped. Sally has a simple green dress ( and her hair is red, so she and Jack match!)
I have so much love for this movie. Two of my favorite holidays all rolled together, fun, scary, awesome characters, and terrific songs!
Well, I wish you a scary Christmas, and a haunted New Year.
