It's a good image, technically sound, great lighting, and I like what you did, trying to get the crew (lucky shot) and the plane in at the same time.
That being said I think the image detracts from the car, it's lost in the shot and even though it has center stage it's lost in all the other things happening in the photo. I'd be keen to see what it looks like without the plane on the left with a much closer crop, you still have the plane on the right and the crew to establish the setting of "airport".

Thanks, and none for this shot. I sometimes use a CPL filter to reduce reflections when I need to, but always natural light

I wonder how the shot without a crew looks, maybe it would be better because I think the crew is a little bit of a distraction.
