Description
I don't really like the official plan with the circle line, so I made my version.

1) New Lines 7,8,9 (and 10) instead of the Circle Line.
2) Line 6 is relatively unchanged.
3) Inspired by the soon to be open MCD in Moscow, the existing railway tracks are to be reconstructed into real through-city lines connected to the metro system, that includes the Central Semicircle (again inspired by Moscow).
4) Took it even further with connecting current Metro Line 3 to the outside railway tracks (works perfectly as an express with its very big stages between stations), and connecting Moskovsky Railway Terminal and Finlyandsky Railway Terminal, therefore connecting their suburban tracks, making another express line. Kinda more like Paris' RER. Baltiysky Railway Terminal's lines (to Oranienbaum and Krasnoje Selo) could be connected through underground to Finlyandsky too, and then to Murino, but that would be harder, this map is already too much sci-fi anyway.
5) Line 3's extension plans are therefore given to Line 4. The now free number 3 is given to the Kanonerskij Ostrov - Ulica Kommuny line (as I thought it would make more sense to give it to a more central line).
5) Line 7's Moskovskaja-Pulkovo section will also operate as a connection to the airport. Would work better than a Moscow-style Aeroexpress and connects more people imho.
