(I honestly never understood the lessons that the creators of Labyrinth tried to portray; the situation Sarah was placed in went way beyond the boundaries of concepts such as 'fair' and 'unfair', but hey, anything to put Bowie in a movie, right? )

A fan comic of Jareth and Sarah from Labyrinth playing Risk. I've had this idea for quite some time, and since I'm too lazy to write a fan fiction right now, I figured it was time I draw it out.

I've never drawn a full-page comic like this, so I humbly request your forgiveness if it's not up to par. I know there are mistakes. Unfortunately, traditional media is horribly difficult (if not impossible) to alter, and as drawing is just a hobby of mine, I'm not quite as skilled as I could/should be. But critique is always welcome; I'm always striving to improve.

I used a kind of paper I've never used before to draw this (Bristol Smooth), and I really liked the texture and how it picked up the colors of my pencils. I also found that I had to work less to get the colors to blend. I bought a thicker pen for inking as well, which I am happy with. I also employed some white acrylic paint for effect (such as the glitter and the shine on the crystal), and I find that I'm rather fond of it. Perhaps it will make an appearance in future works.

It occurred to me after I drew this that *Pika-la-Cynique (goddess of Labyrinth fandom ) used Risk in one of her GND comics. I promise I came up with this idea long before I read it; I don't want to make anyone mad!
