SumoPaint was actually helpful for once.
The outline was done in Photoshop and the colors and background was done in SumoPaint, because the Blur tool was somehow better then Photoshop's one.

I will sometimes randomly like a certain Pokemon, this time it was Seviper, the best out of 3 snake Pokemon.

Time: 5 hours.
