Damn I've been wanting to draw Rayquaza for a long time, glad I did XD

You have a very good sense of lighting in Ray's body here, and his glowing markings and his eyes look great! I think that the lightning would create harsher highlights on his body (which I understand is tricky because you risk losing your dramatic shadows)
I like how the coils of Ray's body create a window to outside of the storm, it adds some great depth to the work! I'm not quite sure where his tail disappears too, but I think I can see it disappearing in the clouds?
The white outline is a really good convention for keeping his contour visible in the darknesse.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Now this, is truly art. The colours, pose, and direction is just brilliantly well done. The hours you must have placed into this was well worth it, and the final product is nothing I have EVER seen before.
The lightning provides a dramatic effect, as though the Great Dragon himself is facing the eye of the storm head on.
The realism creates a huge impact. Take a moment to look at Rayquaza's face. Look at every single detail packed in. That, is true effort. The glowing eyes and fearsome jaws create a dark atmosphere that compliments the picture wonderfully.
The shading is great. Everything is in place, that goes for colouring too. The line-art is utterly gorgeous.
You my friend, are one talented human being. I am not ashamed to say that you are my newest idol. <3

this is the best picture I've seen. i love what you did with the eyes, it just looks epic. the way you drew him is like he's alive. the mouth looks like he just ate something, which makes it look more epic. i also like it how you drew it in a thunder cloud, it's so awesome. the skin texture is just incredible, i was turning over trying to decide if it had scales or not, and this picture gives me an answer, it does
if i had to, I'd give it 10 out of 10.

THis is my first time doing this, so here I go!
Vision- I do not know what to say. The lighting and colors are beutiful,and the yellow parts on its stoumach and eyes both look very amazing. The eyes it also very stunning, adn the thunder in the backround looks very realistic.
Originality- Not much to say. I have seen many people draw Rayquaza, but not in this pose and lighting style. It is very original, for a final conclusion,
Techneique- The style looks ike it was painted digitally, but nearly looks real. A+ in my opinion.
Impact. THe impact is amazing. I saw this peice, I was like. "Heck yeah!" SO yea. I'd have t say im 99.99999999999% sure you will get a DD. If not, I will explode.
My final grade is an a+ ^.^

The Shading of the colors are epic! Also it makes it seem realistic and 3D. Nice glow effect for the symbols on Rayquaza and the lightning.
The Rayquaza itself though looks vicious and evil, almost as if it a team rocket pokemon. The clouds seem mysterious in the background, almost as if they are mist.
Clearly Rayquaza is the centerpiece, and the importance of the picture, you did great on that. You also did great on showing the text, but having it out of the way.
Though the mouth looks like it at something sticky, the teeth make a nice "I'm going to eat you" effect. But the mist looks like it is coming out of it's mouth, was it intentional?
