This was sort of a tribute to the character Michiru Kaioh (Sailor Neptune) of the Sailor Moon series ( (c) Naoko Takeuchi). I honestly just really wanted to paint her hair color cause I think it's so pretty. I painted the hair in a different style than usual, and it really was a bitch to get done.
