Description
Here is a pendant I recently made with a moonstone cabochon wrapped in argentium silver wire. This moonstone has the traditional light blue flash, with just hints of blue-greens when viewed at the right angles. Moonstone got its name because its color looks better and brighter under dimmer light, like from the moon. I made the setting very simply to showcase the stone. The curls I added to the top ended up looking like the astrological symbol for Cancer, but I didn't intend that at all. I was just adding some small flourishes to the piece!
