Im 100% sure you do not have that, so please delete any edited screenshots you may have on you DA account before you get reported for art theft. In worst cases your account will get deleted and you wont be able to create a new one.

The background looks entirely different from the style of the characters. I'm assuming it's edited from the screenshot of some anime. >.> Which means that this isn't the place for this picture unless you have express permission from the owner of the background.
You didn't even credit them, which makes it straight up theft.

I know .__. she traced right down to the oil in the pan and the grey gradient. She even got part of the hairstyles, the boots, and the whole bandage work, and even the line weight and the blush and shinies on Sakura's cheeks, the rest was just editted to her taste. I'm quite mad to say the least

No, not offended at all, but look at it this way...
1: It's kind of disrespectful. Say you bust your hump and pour your heart and soul into making an anime or show, and millions of people daily are taking your hard work and scribbling over it. Whether you give credit or not, it's just disrespectful.
2: Doesn't matter if they state it isn't theirs, it's still against the rules. You're only allowed to put up stuff that isn't yours if you have permission, which I'm sure this person doesn't.
3: We should never assume someone doesn't care just because they're a billionaire making a ton of money. See number 1 for the reason. It's just like taking a deviant's picture and doing the same thing -- it's not fair to say they deserve to be mad but the famous person doesn't because they're already rich.
I know I'd be upset if I (by some miracle) became famous for my work and saw everyone defacing it and scribbling over my pictures. It devalues everything you worked on.

Lmao, no problem. I can be a horrible beast to be honest, but only when people anger me, and you didn't anger me.
Yeah, she'll feel bad, but I usually look at it like this -- she may have known she was doing something wrong and tried to hide or, or she just didn't bother to read the TOS and had no idea. (The fact that she left in the background I assume she didn't know, lol)
