It's supposed to be Hikaru Itachiin from Ouran High School Host Club... and it's one of the last internet free requests I'll ever draw lol
(not to mention the requester on FAC asked for a pic last summer or something....)
Anyways. I LOVE OHSHC !!!
I just died laughing while watching it ;D The twins are my fav, along with Tamaki 
Weird cellshade, and I know my flaws
*shot* And yes, the scarf flies while there is no wind..... deal with it AND Background beautifulness. You know, backgrounds and me. It's love. u_u;

HIKARU ! <33 Tu l'as vraiment super bien réussi, avec son petit air malicieux et tout et tout, j'adore ! X3 J'ai juste - si tu le permets - un petit doute à propos de son écharpe, avec les petites lueurs blanches on dirait qu'elle est faite de plastique (ce qui doit pas être confortable à porter x_x). Mais sinon pour le reste rien à redire, c'est tout mignon tout beau, et ton cellshade est pas weird du tout xD
J'en profite pour dire aussi que je trouve le reste de ta galerie superbe aussi *w*

Don't tell me it took you a year to do this.
The drawing style looks different from your usual stuff. Is this style from that show? I'm not familiar with it.
Anyway, it looks great. The colouring is very nice. I love the texture / designs you have on all the clothing.

Yes, I thought it would look like anything if I drew him in my own style, so I just used a screenshot from the anime to see how it looked like. I don't know if it's your style of anime, and if you actually watch some, but I think it's very funny

Ummmm hitachin brothers power!!! Yeah I´m fan too!! Ouran Host club is one of my favourites series of anime....jajajajaja.
Ummm my favourite is Kyouya.... but Hitachin brothers or.....Chibi Honey kun are so cool....hahahahah
