This would be Saavro as depicted from a much, much later point in the story--after he inherits the staff he's holding from the High King Rathéran. This is quite near the end, actually. A bit of a foreshadow of what is to come, this. The reason he is smiling sadly.

Kinda just playing with different lighting. He's kinda got darker skin, but I had a hard time getting that across, I think...
