This conversation isn't really between anyone in particular I guess. Though I'm picturing Chara yelling at Underfell Papyrus. Seriously imagine it. He'd be so mad. But he'd have to put up with it, as well as Frisk's adorable shenanigans in the background, because I imagine he can see what level Chara is. Haaaa...
