Actually the "Status Interupted" DLC starts right before and happens during Alien 3 while the main game takes place 17 weeks after the Aliens movie and about 13 weeks after the events of Alien 3 as Hicks was captured by Wayland Yutani while trying to save Ripley on Fiorina 161.
