"That's a nice family you got there..."Okay,This took forever to draw,thank goodness it's finished;_;.This has got to be the most indulgent panel that I did so far.
Anyway in this AU,Tom,Whitnee and Yami are cousins...

Cheerful,enthusiastic and polite,Tom lives quite peacefully among all the trouble happening in St. Petston,working as a dentist, a rather...unrefined profession during the time.Mercilessly pulling out molars,fitting dentures and -good heavens- persuading children and adults alike to brush their teeth(with the threat of the forceps) made some townspeople regard him as a bit eccentric as he does all of those with keen interest,scary precision,idle chatter and a goofy grin.But that is barely scratching the surface...
With a penchant for "upgrading" household objects,a good aim and an overwhelming desire to collect "pretty objects" made Tom accept the Kingpin's offer to join his private army.His tenure as T.O.O.R.'s latest acquisition involved working as a triggerman with "Mr. Wolfstein" as his partner.
Tom continues to live a double life,with things getting complicated as he treks deeper into the city's underworld,still smiling brightly and immensely enjoying himself.

How awesome to see his official bio. It's neat how he's related to Whitnee and Yami, which is fitting, since I can't imagine that they're are too many white squirrels out there. It's hilarious how he used to be a densest who had to get kids and adults to brush their teeth. lol
The voice of Frodo is honestly a very fitting voice for him. I can easily picture it if he were to talk to someone. The idea of the Flower Cat girl (Who's sometimes called Mary by fans) also sounds like it would make for a very nice relationship. ^^
I really like Wreckage's title in your series (The Kingpin--very fitting!), and it's cool how T.O.O.R. is sort of like a big mob-styled army, given the timeline. It's a very unique concept!
Fantastic work on all of the details in the background as well, dude. The attention to detail is excellent.
