There is one slot left in 's fav.me/da7ab70 ...I hope mine can be accepted.And here's Tom Chipps who goes by the name Innovator.
Tom,tired of being dismissed as a minor threat in Petropolis,decides to join T.O.O.R. in an attempt to become (or so he thinks)a more successful villain.
Only he does not know that T.O.O.R. is a lot more sinister than he thinks...
While he's only of average strength and not really effective in hand to hand combat,he depends on his technological skills and possesses an arsenal of weapons disguised as everyday utensils.

Awesome character, dude! I really like how he's kind of a nerd (at lest compared to his "true form") who wanted to become "bad" (most likely to get respect, I assume), so he decided to join T.O.O.R.. Like you said, he had no idea that they were such a nasty group, so he's kind of stuck with them now! Poor guy, but at least there are friendly people in this organization he can befriend. ^^
Surprisingly, despite basically being a military group, this is the first member who's armor is actually army-green. It looks really cool on him--to the point where I'm surprised that I never used it for one of my own characters. I also like the design and overall detail of his armor, as it's different from everyone else's. This is exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to unique T.O.O.R. members! Those green glasses on him are fitting as well. ^^
Something else I really like about this character is how he doesn't look like a villain, but he chooses to be bad. It goes to show that you can't judge a book by it's cover, that's for sure.
The slots for characters to be included in T.O.O.R. are always open, so this Tom here got himself the job! Very good work on this character, and thank you for making him a member of T.O.O.R.. ^^
