Oh man, I am so glad this guy has been uploaded so I can post this. LOL. I don't know what happened but I was sketching in my sketchbook and realized I could turn an old character into a toko (this seems to be a recurring theme), so I just went ahead and bought a semi-custom. ^_^' LOL.Anyways! This is Katsuro, he's never been posted on my DA I don't think... His nickname is Frothy (only for those who live outside of his world like meeee and starkyoujo otherwise they'll probably regret calling him that), which... will probably be seen in some other picture. hee hee.

Katsuro's actually from a Ginga RP site, so that's why I chose to make this piece have such a Ginga flair. He's more like the old time cannibal Koga dogs from GNG and less like the Tesshin Kogas, though. xD

he does look like a Koga because of the tuft but he REALLY looks like Tesshin because of the grey and white fur, but Tesshin has spots and not stripes ! Your character looks a bitΒ like a tiger version of Tesshin XD

His colours and markings are beautiful, his facial expression is great, and I lovelovelove the pose here, and the way the light and shadow plays on his stunning muscle definition, the background is wonderfully coloured and has great lighting, and all in all this is just droolworthy! Also, on a random note - since you mentioned Kroven wings to me earlier, I've actually came a lot closer to nailing down the concept in my head at the moment, since the whole wing-limbs-on-a-quadruped thing is a bit of a sticky issue and nothing I've seen on dragons that people have made before quite seems right to me, or at least not right for Krovens since some cases seem plausible but don't fit the physiology of the species - but I've been thinking and I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere - ha, I feel I have to thank you for reminding me of this issue since the lightbulb moment came soon afterwards!
