Here is a portrait I finished of the beautiful Susan Coffey. [link]
Though I am not really satisfied with the result, her face is too gorgeous to be captured on paper I guess ?? dang I sound like a 10 year old kid lol
I believe I would be redoing this drawing from scratch later..

Staedtler HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, White gel pen, Mechanical 0.5 mm Pencil on Strathmore Bristol smooth Paper (11"x14"), Kneaded Eraser and blending stumps.

Yep, I hate scanners...might buy a camera instead to take pictures...but then the details are gone..

It really is a better high-resolution camera to take some good pictures of angles than a scanner. Thanks also for your replies: D

You mean per drawing or how long have I been drawing?
per drawing I would say 8 hours on average..
I have been drawing since last December (2010). I used to draw in school till grade 10, then took a 2 year break...and then started again last year after getting inspired by DA ..lol

I also paused two years of my life drawing. I came back to draw this year, and it takes on average about 4:00 pm drawing. Before I did not draw realistic portraits just started this year, Thank you for your replies.

Yep, same here...I started drawing portraits last december..
earlier it was lik random objects from life...like a flask or an earthern pot etc...
