Well, being a man, I have to admit I was lured here by your "Modern Day Nymph"-style shots, but then I found this photography.

Artistic: I love the simple pose here. You have nice hands, and they naturally photograph well. Hands are, to me, one of the hardest things to pose and pose well. The while blouse signifies purity and innocence to me. I don't know if thats what you were going for, but thats what I drew from it.
Technical: Image seems a tad out of focus and grainy. It may just be issues with the resize. The chest is too blown out. Details of the dress have totally been lost there. Also, the bracelet and the object in the bottom right corner (chair???) needs to go, as the cause a distraction for the eye. I think you want the focal point to be the face here more than anything, but my eye just keeps getting pulled to the bracelet and the other object. Criticisms aside, this is a great shot. I like tonal range here, from the whitest white (dress) to the darkest dark (black)...its enough to make Ansel Adams proud

There's something classic about the beauty of the shot, like it was done in a different era? but then my eyes travel to the leather bracelet with what I *think* are bullet casings......wonderful contrast

That is certainly interesting. I certainly have not noticed your evil side so far. What I have noticed is that you seem to be a very complex and unique individual who enjoys expressing herself though her art, and associating with loyal and worthwhile friends. Youβre strange, but strange in a good and interesting way. Youβre certainly like no-one I know

One of the things I have always loved about your work is the way you intertwine suggestive poses and lighting, with innocence and intelligence. You look fantastic in this photo, which I never take for granted. Your eyes have so much life in them

About my bracelet... my jewellery has always been very personal to me and when it comes to bracelets, I get a rotation going since they break inevitably. This particular one is a simple design in hematite; given to me by a special friend. Nothing special

As usual, simply beautiful. Great portait. Seems... understated to me. The pose is simple, but something in your expression suggests something more indepth. I like the combination of the title and the photo. I get the feeling of someone doing something they don't necessarily agree with, but they're devoted to someone/something that makes them do it.
