Description
The Boeing P-26A as seen at the Chino Planes of Fame Airshow 2017. This was the first time I've seen this aircraft fly in the show. From what I could discover it was originally sold to the Guatemalan Air Force in 1943 and then recovered later by the Planes of Fame Museum. It is one of two surviving aircraft of its type in the world.Related content

There is a third example, but it is a reproduction and is owned by Jerry Yagen of the Military Aviation Museum.
I was fortunate enough to see this very aircraft, as Planes of Fame shipped her over to take part in Flying Legends back in 2014. It was a privilege to see her fly.
