XDDDDDDDDDddI spent like three hours on this.
haha... idk...
Tom looks more feminime than Bill with make up and that hair.. maybe that's why he doesn't dress like Bill. hmm...
Even though all I did was brighten his lips, he looks like he's smiling.. weird.
Didn't do anything with Bill.
I slightly changed Tom's hair so it didn't look 100% same as Bill's.. umm.. the pic explains it all really. : P

AND IT WAS SO HARD TO GET THE RIGHT COLORS FOR HIS EYELINERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I went through like 10 colors O:<
and drawing it on and stuff was blachhhhhhhgh
