As other people have also noticed, Axel (Kingdom Hearts Series) and Reno (Final Fantasy Series) look ALOT alike, and since my drawing skill aren't exceptional, I decided to do a photomanipulation! Well. I was making a paper mache Gir(from invader Zim) and while my friend and I was painting it I got paint on my finger so I drew the reno marks on her and Axel marks. But then just made axel marks on me instead, because she isn't aloud to be axel anymore do to a embarressing dream that one of my friends had about me and Axel.(It would be safer if you didn't ask about that particular dream. So freaking weird.)

You know, it's probably in here somewhere already, but I'm tired and too lazy to read all the comments.
They makers have actually confirmed Axel is Reno's Nobody, but they didn't want it to be obvious, so the named him after Reno's favorite drink: Ale.
Also, this bit isn't official, but Larxene might be Elena's. Many have noticed Larxene comes out as Arlene, right? Actually, take out the R, and you get Elena. Creeepy.

Oh my god, that is creepy!!! Good job you put those two pictures together, i've always though Axel's hairstyle was similiar to Zack's hair, that's what my sister told me anyway and i believed her cos she pointed it out to me...I've always denied the fact that they looked like each other, now i see this and they kinda do look a bit a like actually!! Well, Axel was designed after Reno, you know, so it makes sense that they have the same voices in Japanese and English.
But anyway...great picture.

You know, that's really good. However I came to a conclusion on Axel and Reno. It includes Terrin and Zak.
One day, there was a Turk named Reno. He fell inlove with a Turk named Zak. Zak loved Reno back, and they had mad butt sex with each other all the time. One day, Reno was talking to Zak about babies. Zak got it in his head that Reno wants to have a child. So, Reno got the sugery done to where he can support a kid thanks to Hojo and the ShinRa technology. Zak impregnated Reno, and nine months later.... Axel was born. Now, Axel gotten older, some and he wanted a baby brother. That night, Reno spoke with Zak on having another kid. Zak happily agreed and about 10 months later, Terrin was born. Of course during the time that it took for Terrin to be born, Zak was killed in a battle against Sephiroth. Thus, leaving Reno with two kids to raise, and one HELL of a rich Reno. The End.

you know, i like the idea of Axel being Reno's nobody, but there's one thing that throws it off.
Axel uses fire elemented weapons and Reno electric.

I prefer the theory of Axel's somebody being Reno's twin brother.^^ Cause Reno + X doesn't make Axel.

I always thought Axel was Renos son... You know the hair colour, face mark thingies, voice (ok same guy did it but there you go!) and their personalities are kinda the same... but arent they like the same age kinda? This makes waaaaaay more sense!
