The color scheme and hallway setting was inspired by a photo that's my phone screensaver. It's a beautiful sunrise I caught a picture of one morning before marching band practice in the music hallway in high school. Although, in that picture, it's just a bunch of big metal doors that are the entrances to the band supply room and backstage of our auditorium. I decided to make things a little more exciting with lockers, things mounted on the wall, another hallway and well - a dragon. lol

The Locker door in the branching hallway seems sort of 2D compared to the 3D looking doors in the main. And the lighting seems a bit off as it stretches further on the left side than the right and ground. Maybe try shortening it just a bit to make it more proportional to the ground. Besides that, I think it looks amazing. I'm filled with excitement/fear at the fact of a dragon at my school. Not sure if it's supposed to look scary, but I would be excited either way.
(I wasn't sure what it was looking for when it said Vision and Technique so I apoligize if it's wrong.)

Just so everyone knows, This is my first critique ever so it might sound very bad. And when I say bad, I mean rude. I'm no good with words so my friend said she would let me practice with one of her pieces.

You sounded just fine! You did well to point out some things I actually didn't notice/forgot about when I made my painting, so I'll be sure to think more about them in future paintings and/or go back and fix them on this painting. 
I believe you're correct about the lighting being off. The left and right walls were intended to be that way to show the direct light hitting the left wall and the reflected light hitting the lockers on the right. However, I didn't show this with the floor lighting. It shows light going down the center instead, so I see why the lighting seems so confusing. I probably should have followed my reference photo more closely for the proper shadowing.
And yeah, I totally forgot about the locker on the left lol
