Ability : Able to Manipulate Temperature
To change the Temperature he increases the speed or lowers the speed of Atoms.
He doesn't need to directly touch an object for his power to work nor can he reverse things such as Ice or burnt objects. Those objects will rather melt or be permanently damaged.
Once he stops using his power the temperature will slowly return to normal again.
Limitations :
He can only Raise or Lower the tempurature at will but he cannot create flames or ice. (Ice is only formed with the help of water)
The Natural temperature can effect his power as well (eg. If it's hot out and he tried to cool the air, it might not end up being as cold, or if it's really cold and he tried to warm it, it might just turn out luke warm. ;u; If that makes sense )
Such extreme temperatures can harm his own well being.
It draws heavily on his energy so he can only hold it for 5 minutes at the longest.

Remuneration : To have Sexual Intercourse.
Personality : Neutral or Indifferent. He only really seems Motivated when his Doll Nine Is involved.It Takes him a long time to actually like someone, it's not that he doesn't want people around him it's more of a trust issue. He can be quite bold and relentless. He will say things that would hurt ones feelings and doesn't realize it or just doesn't give a shit :v

The Past : Getting his contract powers at the early age of 7 his parents, of course, began to fear him. Making up excused to get relatives to look after him for them. The Relatives finding out after some time and handing him off to another, over and over again. Eventually giving him a break down when he turned 12. His emotions reacted his powers and he flash froze everything around him for 3 miles. The CIA took him away to a facitly with many other contractor children just like him. Brainwashed and such for years. Breaking down again but with a higher casuality rate, of humans at least. He and many other Contractors escaped together (Age: 17) but all went their seperate ways. Seeking some revenge he attacked other facilities, eventually meeting Nine, his Doll.

The Present : Pretending to be captured he was sent in a large truck with many other Contractors and Dolls to a Facility. The only Doll that didn't appear to be completely soulless and dependent was Nine. Who seemed to keep near him most of the time.

Once the truck had gotten inside of the facility that's when Coal started his attack, Destroying most of the building and probably killing a lot of other Contractors and dolls in the process. Helping some of survivors to escape.

Strangely enough he seemed interested in Nine for a strange reason, he being drawn to Nine as Nine was drawn to him. He escaped taking Nine with him. Eventually they learned of the Academy and sought refuge there.
