Well, usually the skins come with a bunch of folders such as "Progress Bar" or "toolbar," but your download only comes with the CSKIN file.
I've tried just simply putting it in the skins folder, but when i apply it, it doesn't look anything like the picture.
What do I do with the file?

What's this CSKIN thing? How do I use it? I'm used to just dropping in a folder right into the SKIN folder of CAD.

When I double click it, it runs it just doesn't do anything. And when I put it in the SKIN folder, it shows up in the skin list, except when I apply it it's one big album art image

This is a great submission! The design is noble and the transparency very fine. Highly usable skin!
Hint: to hit the progbar is very difficult, as it is only 1 px. If you'd do it as an image (png), you could make it 3 or 5 px high. Put the 1px line in the middle and below a black layer with 1% transparency. So it's easier to hit the bar, but you won't see nothing else than the 1px line.

oh yeah the progressbar.. yeah maybe its hard to see but i tried a lil fatter but that didnt looks good at all
