I love Tarva more every time you draw her (That hair! Those ears! The expression) and Fenris... well, I always love Fenris and you always do him justice. And he looks so happy here, I just want to go awwwww...

Fenris looks so happy here it's almost unrealistic. Have you ever seen Msr Broody smiling like that? I think it may be the Fade.
There is probably some kind of demon traying to discourage Gann to exit the Fade, showing him his beloved withe another man.
Or maybe it's Hawke nightmare.
