My OC for the cartoon show Panty And Stocking With Garderbelt, and my book Bag And Charm (based off of Panty And Stocking).
As you'd guess, Bag is (somehow) related to Stocking so he can take his socks and turn them into swords (under his pants) and his arm warmers (under his sleeves) turn into guns.
Yes, he is blowing bubblegum.
