Btw, what's up with her hair? Do you imply she actually greeted him as Professor Granger-Snape and then removed her glamour when he turned around?

As you can see, she followed him while dressing as Professor Granger-Snape. When he turned around, she changed her appearance back just in time and didn't get caught. Hope you understand my explanation, my English writing skill is really a disaster
