I just somehow saw this pictur in my eyes and had to draw it. It's inspired by the Finnish production of Tanz der Vampire.The idea of this? Well, Krolock just walks. Sarah is running after him. Alfred tries to chase Sarah and Herbert comes after Alfred.
I had so much fun drawing this evevn though Krolock's coat made me almost crazy.
Tanz der Vampire is not mine.

Really, really cool! That's the right way to explain the musical to people who don't know it. Sad that I've never found a video or something of the finnish production, though.

Ha ha ha! And you know what would be even funnier is if we made this a circular chase. Krolock would be trying to convince Herbert to send Alfred away as the boy is an impediment, not to mention a recurring distraction, in his relationship with Sarah.

As I saw Herbert I really had to laugh. Great capture of him.

Krolock looked too much like a female in the other picture, I know. I wasn't pleased how he turned out.
The background was just white. I wanted to give some color to it so I digitalized it.

and it's funny to see the different versions of the costumes in comparison with the german ones. the costumes if sarah and alfred are allmost the same. but herbert and krolock are very different.

The Finnish production was the first non-replica production so costumes were different from the usual ones.

I like them too, too bad my drawings don't do justice for them (they were gorgeous!. The set was also great but it was simpler then the German one.

the german set is really big^^ but i think, they still have a lot of the original set from 1997 instead of making a new one for new theatres.

The german set is big. It was impossible to that big set to the theatre where it was played in Finland. But I liked the choices for the new non-replica set in Finland. It had same kind of elements as the original set but it was simpler.

Seinäjoen Kaupunginteatteri (the citytheatre of Seinäjoki) was the theatre where Tanz der Vampire was performed in Finland.
