lawl, it's okay. My mom loves ponds, and usually the big pond store-place has blood drives at the same time as Koi shows, so we go and look at all of the pretty fish we can't afford. lol

...that said, I'm not sure why I keep not drawing the male creatures with nipples. I made a conscious effort to not draw bellybuttons on most of them, but the girls all have nipples and the boys... well, the little boys have little dots, but the big ones have nothing |D

They dooon't have bellybuttons. I'm still not sure how they're made (THAT'S PROBABLY SOMETHING TO FIGURE OUT, FFF), but since they're alot fishy, I don't think they'd need to have live birth.
But then it's weird to think of them hatching from eggs.

well, i just mean that the head/torso would probably need to be relatively formed by the time it was leaving the mother's body (woah, i wonder if they're warm blooded or cold blooded... for a second there, i was insinuating that the human part is warm and the fish is cold, but that's kinda weird...)
but yeah, fish eggs start with nearly nothing (especially ones that get fertilized after being laid), so I mean... it could just be like that, only larger eggs
just 'cause an infant-sized thing will still need to be able to fit before it can hatch, i think...

I remember going to the aquarium when I was little and just 'ooohhh'-ing and 'aahhh'-ing over the eggs and the mermaid's pouches while all the other kids either walked right by or where like, 'ewwww'
