Ability: Serene Grace
Dex: ESHOUTEN are shy and elusive, found only at night around mountains. Their incredible eyesight allows them to see clearly up to a mile away.

Evolves from Owten at Lv. 21

...It's actually not that elusive, contrary to what the dex says. Owten and Eshouten are a combination of the common bird Pokemon (they share this with the Pahar line) and the early normal-type (which they share with the Chyinmunk line). Eshouten has less-than-stellar stats but a wide movepool and an ability that can come in handy, especially when used in combination with moves like Confusion, Air Slash, and Ominous Wind.

I like its face, it always looks like it knows something that you don't.
