Description
Part of a somewhat extensive project, first part personally related to my own subject matter, and the second part will be entirely dedicated to the focus of someone else's attentions and creative influence, well over 7 years in the making.Background image from , just, tweaked it around [a lot], to make it fit with my traditional craptastic black and white imagery.
Not a whole lot of work, took a lot of time in between a load of distractions.
Experimenting with GIMP, cause I'm too poor to afford Photoshop.

Nice. ^.^ I love the eye: A single spot of color, highlighting, giving us a single point to focus on in the picture, and an eye of course is usually a good choice for that.
Yay for backgrounds! Even if it's not something you created yourself, it's good that the character has an environment to occupy. If there is a problem, however, it's that the character depicted doesn't in any way blend with her surroundings. It draws too much attention to the fact that she is drawn whereas everything else is an actual photograph.
I wonder who she's looking at...
