Something about that pose doesn't seem natural, perhaps because as she looks behind her with her back turned to her left and her right leg going backwards a bit...makes her look like her back is about to break or she is severely and unnecessarily strained. I would suggest relaxing her right leg a tad and rotating her hips to the left a bit as well. Other than that it's a striking illustration which I feel was your intention, however somtimes dynamic poses tend to over-define and kill characters.

A heavy gunner, perhaps? It is certainly an interesting work.
I like the details you placed - the texture of her clothing and her weapon are definitely different from one another, and her expression also caught my attention. The lightness of her clothing seems to match with the weapon as well, since she carries it with one hand.
Honestly, I cannot say much. But this work is definitely worth faving.
