UPDATE: Disabling comments on ALL of my stamps because pretty much 20 people AT THE MOST care about my art :/I can get it if they're stealing the ENTIRE style, but if it's only the eye style or something like that, then... why the hell are you bitching about it?!
Just.. People take bits of others' styles to experiment and learn. If it reaches the point where they end up relying on other people's art styles CONSTANTLY, that's where it becomes a problem.

heres what i think.
you can draw in someone's art style as an homage to them. i draw in hirohiko araki's art style all the time because i appreciate him as an artist. however, i also adopt my own artstyles and i don't have to rely on others all the time. simply doing your art in one's artstyle as an homage is fine, but when you start stealing it and only doing your art in said style, then there's no room for improvement.
