what brush did you use for the coat? and the eyes?
and did you do the eyes on the same layer as the coat?

Yes, I did the eyes on the same layer for the coat, even hair and everything actually!
Actually not really, I sketch first , set it as shade and the opacity then add the color underneath it

Ah, I'm actually really bad at explaining but I recommend you to check out Tsitra360 's video tutorial and Kiwi byrd's on Youtube!
I learned and practiced from their tutorials so check them out, they's truly amazing!
