I actually told ~swiftsword that I wasn't ever going to let this image see the light of day after realising that no matter what I do, I'll probably be unable to fix the utter stiffness that is this picture, but frankly I really don't ahve anythinG decent to put up >__>Lately I really just cannot work on a picture for more than 30 minutes, it's so FRUSTRATING.
Anyway, this is the same succubus I drew for the endling nurse not-so contest thingie ([link] ) in her original form.
Croissant horns, pointed ears and overall semi-skimpiness. This is STILL not the proper outfit, since she doesn't HAVE a proper outfit.
I suppose I'll figure something out someday...but at the moment none of her outfits make me happy despite my strange attachment towards her overall design (I swear, it's the fault of the blue make up...NONE of my characters have blue make up...)
Oh wells, drawn on Painter 7, minor edits on Adobe Photoshop 6.0...as always.

The outlining could be done better, especially with the horns (multiple sketchy lines kinda messy), but other than that, this is actually pretty great! The overall design, posture, appearance and coloring is totally cool. It's definitely a lot more than decent I'd say!

I don't get a sense of "stiffness" here--this image is quite provocative in several ways: the innocense and guilt, the eyes. the large bell--which I find particularly interesting and ambiguous. . . I admire this work!!

I honestly don't think it's as stiff as you think it is. I see what you mean about the picture, but I wouldn't say it's 'stiff' because it actually really works.

She doesn't seem all that stiff to me, BTW.
Very soft, beautiful colors! The gold eyes in particular are a nice touch.
I love the pastel purple hair, (which also manages to be neon at the same time).
