Description No new art to upload, so I'll just post this instead - Transformers Prime Bumblebee (First Edition). I added paint details to make him look good, too!

The first TF toy in my collection to get a "paint job". Haha! Just goes to show that the First Edition figures can be quite accurate with the right detailing. (not perfect, but close enough)

If you want to see more pictures (including his alt mode) you can find more in my blog post here: [link]

Ummm... I'm halfway finished with Bulkhead, I'm afraid. After that, it will be either Prime or Arcee.

Now that's how you detail up a Transformer!

It's a good thing you don't live here in the US, 'cause holy heck, the mad scramble for the First Editions are so frenzied it's almost hilarious.

Thanks! Actually, there's a bit of scrambling here as well. But only for "ultra rare" Cliffjumper and Bulkhead. Glad I got my Bulkhead the day the local store got their stocks. I gave up on finding Cliffjumper, so I decided to buy the Takara CJ from an online store. (Did the same for the First Edition Vehicon that didn't show up here at all.)

Yeah, you made him look a lot better than the original toy with all the painted details O.0; What kind of paint and brushes are you using? ^^

Thanks! I used Tamiya enamel paints (flat black, german grey, chrome silver, etc.), Tamiya flat brush #1 and a fine detailing brush. Plus Gundam markers. I also used Pledge Wipe & Shine floor polish as the top coat. (It's called by a different name depending on where you are located.)

Thanks you very much I has some enamel paints already, but haven't had the chance to use them yet, missing brushes and other more precise tools. I think I'm in need of ordering stuff online, since I doubt the shops I have anywhere near has those you mentioned

You are very welcome. I bought my stuff online from HLJ. It's a bit hard to find the fine brushes even here where I live. Good luck if you ever decide to custom color.
