His story “The Masque of the Red Death” made a great impression on me in due time, so I decided to illustrate it and at the same time celebrate the birthday of one of my favorite authors 💀

I've never read Edgar Allan Poe,but I know of him and I've heard how great he is. His death,I've read,is a mystery and maybe that's what Poe really wanted when he died,for his death to remain a mystery that people could speculate about in the future to form their own ideas. Call it just a notion,but it sounds cool!
