Yuki-Onna - "snow woman", spirit or youkai in Japanese folklore. Yuki-Onna is appears in front of travelers who have fallen into a snowstorm or blizzard, and uses her icy breath to turn them into frost coated corpses. Other legends say that she sweeping and confusing the road, and people die in the deserted terrain from the cold. In other cases, she appears with a child in her arms. If human take her child, he will be frozen on the spot. ❄

Just to provide something I know about Yuki Onna.
For this part " If human take her child, he will be frozen on the spot."
The child will become very heavy then human can't afford it and can't move till he be frozen to death.
In some tales, Yuki Onna will disguise as normal woman and married with someone who had seen them. But if the man told anyone about he had met Yuki Onna, she will show her true identity and leave him.
There is a comic "Hell Teacher Nube", the main character even married with Yuki Onna in the end.
